Description:
The private cuvée from the Winery Pacherhof captivates with light yellow shades with green reflections. A special feature is the complex, multi-layered bouquet of stone fruit, cucumber and elderflower. On the palate, this white wine is very juicy, mineral and characterized by a firm and lively acidity. The Private Cuvée is intense and compact, yet very balanced.
Grape variety :
20% Riesling, 35% Grüner Veltliner, 45% Sauvignon - South Tyrol IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti.
Production area:
Novacella / Valle Isarco. Vineyards at 600 - 950m. a.s.l.
Vinification:
Fermentation from Riesling takes place in a stainless steel barrel. The Veltliner and the Sauvignon are fermented in large wooden barrels. After 8 months of individual evolution in the respective fermentation barrels, the individual varieties are blended and bottled to a cuvée.

Ideal companion to the Mediterranean cuisine.

Located on the sunny slopes of Neustift just above Brixen, the historic Pacherhof vineyard has been family property since 1142. Andreas Huber is the winemaker and cellar master of the Pacherhof vineyard and, on these eight hectares of vineyard, he cultivates eight types of white grape varieties with joy, love and passion. His wines, dry with a fruity minerality, express the character of the vines and the lands in their purest of forms; that’s why Andreas Huber opts for slow, gentle maturation in the cellar and has made the conscious decision to not age his wines in barriques.
