Mango vineyard. Sandy soil with vines over 30 years old. 500 m a.s.l.
Vinification:
alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in new 2,000 liter French oak barrels. Aging in the same barrels for 12 months. After further refinement of 24 months in steel barrels. Bottling 42 months after harvest.
Matching:
Also as an aperitif, it goes well with delicate vegetable-based appetizers, velvety and soups. Excellent with a steamed asparagus dish.

The Azienda Agricola SPINETTA covers an area of 23 hectares and grows grapes for all its own wines on the hills around Faenza, in Romagna.
