Description:
Intense aromas reminiscent of some spring flowers. Harmonious, fragrant and not too dry tasting. To the eye it appears a beautiful straw yellow colour. On the nose it presents fruit aromas such as apple, citrus and peach. On the palate it is soft, fresh and slightly acidulous.

Vinification:
5 weeks at a temperature of 15°C to enhance acidity. Sugars approx. 8 g/lt.

Ideal with hors d'oeuvres, fish and shellfish dishes or as an aperitif.

more than 3 years.
