Description: 
Straw yellow with golden reflections crossed by fine and persistent bubbles. Wide and varied on the nose with hints of yellow peach, mango and candied citron, hazelnut, brioche bread and chalk. Taste characterized by a lively freshness, which combines strength and rare elegance in terms of creaminess and aromatic articulation. 

The Champagne Brut AOC “Collection” represents the absolute novelty of the famous Louis Roederer maison. It is the result of the assembly of base wines obtained from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes, with the contribution of 34% of reserve wines from 6 different harvests, raised in wood. The second fermentation in the bottle is followed by a stop on the lees for at least 4 years before disgorgement. A complex, powerful and sharp Champagne, a new chapter in the search for uncompromising taste.

One of the last wineries in the Champagne region of France to still be owned by the same family that founded it, back in 1776 in Reims, is that of Louis Roederer. The winery got its current name in 1883, when Louis Roederer inherited the company from his uncle, remodeling it in the image and likeness of him. While others bought the grapes, Louis staked everything on working in the vineyard, buying the best vineyard plots, fully convinced that the quintessence of a great wine resided in the land, and consequently tracing the destiny of the Maison that from then on will bring the his name.
