Description: the typical characteristics of the vineyard are expressed clearly in the glass already starting from the color, a beautiful straw yellow with golden reflections, but above all with an explosion of aromas that recall with great intensity the scent of the grapes from which the wine it originates. Grape varierty: 100% Moscato bianco d'Asti.

Production area: S. Stefano Belbo. White soil, rich in calcareous marl and with strongly alkaline pH. Hill characterized by steep slopes with southern exposure.

Vinification: the grapes harvested in boxes are injected directly into the presses and in part, after being de-stemmed, is sent into a thermo-conditioned tank where it stops for about 12 hours at a temperature of 5°C undergoing a short cryomaceration. A very delicate pressing program makes it possible to extract only the must from the grapes that is left to cool, separating it from the solid phase present in the must. Fermentation starts when the temperature reaches 18°C and is stopped when 3 degrees of alcohol are reached. At this point the Moncucco is stored in steel at a temperature of 0°C for a period of aging that lasts until the beginning of the following spring. Then the wine is transferred to a pressure tank, where the fermentation is completed until it reaches 5.5 degrees of alcohol.

Matching: Very pleasant in the meal, it is the ideal companion for many types of desserts, even elaborate.

Serving temperature: 8 - 10°C.

Ageing potential: 5 - 8 years.
