We send our merchandise with free delivery. All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. Merchandise is transported in logistics boxes of 12 bottles each, so please ensure that your total amount of ordering relates to the number of bottles per box, i.e. 12, 24, 36 ...


Small orders:

For orders of only 1-3 bottles, we will charge you € 15 for post and package, in addition to the total price of your order.
For orders of only 4-6 bottles, we will charge you € 10 for post and package, in addition to the total price of your order. 

For orders of only 7-11 bottles, we will charge you € 7,50 for post and package, in addition to the total price of your order.

The prices listed in the shop are inclusive of all costs and are valid for Italy, Austria and Germany.

For all other EU countries, we charge a supplement of € 10. For all Scandinavian countries: € 20 / package.


Breakage:

In the case of broken merchandise, we must be informed within two (2) calendar days. In addition, the damage must be confirmed by the carrier. It is advisable to open the package and control its contents while the carrier is still present. Without the carrier’s confirmation of damage, our insurance will refuse to pay any compensation.
