Notification in the sense of the law-representing decree no. 196 dated 30th June 2003 / uniform text relating to the protection of personal-related data.
PREMISE.
This notification concerns all data collected and processed by the company KARADAR DIETHER.
PROPRIETOR AND PERSON RESPONSIBLE.
The proprietor of the collected and processed data is the company KARADAR DIETHER. The person responsible for data processing is Mr KARADAR DIETHER.

NOTIFICATION.
According to Article 13 of the law-representing decree no. 196 dated 30th June 2003 / uniform text relating to the protection of personal-related data we give notice, that all personal-related data, which is made available to the proprietor of the above named company, acting as the lawful owner, is processed under consideration of the legally valid regulations, as well as with IT systems and also through manual types of processing. All data collected and processed by the proprietor of the company relates to the activity of the company.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED (Article 7, uniform text relating to the protection of personal-related data). The person concerned has the right to gain access to information about the processing of data relating to him/her by contacting Mr KARADAR DIETHER. In addition, the person concerned has the right to receive confirmation about the existence of personal-related data, which relates to him/her and that this data will be made available to him/her in a comprehensible manner.

In addition, the person concerned can demand the following information:
a. the origin of the relevant personal-related data.
b.the purpose and modality of data processing.
c.The logical construction in the case of processing with automated systems.
d.The identification of third parties to whom this data has been forwarded.

The person concerned has the right:
a. for actualisation, amendment or – if he has a protective interest – also addition to the data.
b. Cancellation, amendment into an anonymous form or complete blocking of data, which is not processed legally.
c. Confirmation that the given acts as mentioned under points a and b have been made known also to persons, who have been presented with this data, as far as this process does not prove unrealisable or excessively expensive compared to the protected interest.

The person concerned has the right – totally or in parts -:
a. to veto the processing of personal-related data, which relates to him/her, for valid reasons, also when the data has a considerable purpose.
b. To veto the processing of personal-related data, which relates to him/her, with regard to transmission of publicity material, direct sales or market research.
